A while ago I asked myself a strange question. Can someone have the mental fugue of eating wheat without getting fat? It's a what if, what if my life were worse but I had half a solution?

Personally right now if I avoid carbs in 1/3 of the calories I eat daily I'm losing weight already. Even if I hadn't discovered wheat was unhealthy to me, I expect the method would work.  Of course if everything else stayed the same but my weight I'd be getting sicker repeatedly feeling like I was getting better, odd memory issues long and short term, odd muscular development, and almost no sense of pain or bruising, and I'd be running 3 hours a day, bad headaches at night, and sometimes narcolepsy early day.

If someone has a case like this, they might have ignored a food allergy.

I don't go for runs recently. Sorry if I wasn't clear, I used to.

I mostly sit now and I've rebuilt my body so such stressful activity would be too exciting.

I'll be honest, the idea is a lot more appealing before nutting but I have to force myself afterwards, motivated by the extreme nutritional value that nut offers.

I've gained ~2(maybe 3?) pounds :D its hard to tell, I usually weigh myself in the morning... the other day I was at 180 lbs. But now I'm like 177? But I was like 175 before getting serious about putting on some weight. Pretty sure the highest I'd want to go is about 185.

Feel like I'm getting more thicc

I'm starting to work my stomach flattening muscle (I think it's the Transversus Abdominis) carefully to get the aerobic muscle built up. Hopefully I don't have to diet for much longer just to fix my body shape.

I said I'd mention if there was eye improvement. Well there was, and I think as long as the circulation can improve it'll keep doing that.
