The trouble with voice acting is that, if it's not done right, it sounds really bad. Bad voice acting is worse than none at all. And if we do voice acting for one character, we have to voice acting for all of them. I would not count on finding good voice actors for every character.

Having voices for the announcer should be enough, anyways.

That said, we really could use a "Bonesaw is ready" sound.

I know we would need voices for every character, but i was counting on that from the beginning (i tough you had the idea of voice acting in mind from the beginning too) but if we're not using them i guess i'll have to find good "hurt" and "dying" sounds to compensate. about the announcer we need some other stuff besides from the character names, like "Winner is" or "Winner!", and "3, 2, 1, Brawl!" or just a "Game Start!". for the bonesaw sound i dunno, i guess the charging sound i uploaded could be repeated while you're getting bonesaw (at least until we found a "BONESAW IS READY!" sound).

Agreed. If someone wants to get me a list of everything I should say, I'll gladly record more samples.

Cool. Here's all I can think of:

"Get Ready... Fight!"
"Team 1 Wins!"
"Team 2 Wins!"
"Team 3 Wins!"
"Team 4 Wins!"
"Computer Wins!"
"Draw... Sudden Death!"

you forgot some stuff like:
-"Battle Mode"
-"Team Battle"
-"Training Mode"
-"Adventure Mode"
-"Choose your Character"
-"Ready" (when character is selected)
-"Game Set" (When Battle ends)
-"Player 1-2-3-4 has been Eliminated" (When a player loose all his lives)
-"1 More to go" (When only 2 players still on the fight)
-"Winner is..." (Instead of "Team x Wins")
-"Continue?" (For the future)
I'll see if i can remember something else =D

Most of that stuff is more optional. We don't need a narrator to shout out every menu selection, although it wouldn't hurt either.

you forgot some stuff like:
-"Battle Mode"
-"Team Battle"
-"Training Mode"
-"Adventure Mode"
It would be "Battle", "Adventure Mode", "Museum" and "Options", most likely.

Quote
-"Choose your Character"
-"Ready" (when character is selected)
-"Game Set" (When Battle ends)
Probably not necessary, and they could get annoying, since they would play right after other voice-over work.

Quote
-"Player 1-2-3-4 has been Eliminated" (When a player loose all his lives)
I'm not sure about this. It could get annoying, but it could also be helpful. This might be worth including. However, I'd prefer to hear "<character name> has been eliminated!"

Quote
-"1 More to go" (When only 2 players still on the fight)
Not necessary if the above is used.

Quote
-"Winner is..." (Instead of "Team x Wins")
Any reason? "Team X Wins" is better English.

Quote
-"Continue?" (For the future)
That might be useful for Adventure Mode, depending on how involved it is.

I think we should have "The winner is..." as this is proper English, and it builds a little suspense, even though the players usually already know who won.

Also I don't think we should have "Team #" for non-team play. At least change it to "Player #" if you don't want confusion when two people have the same character.

wouldn't that be a bit anoying? "Puff, paff! Iji shoots a shocksplinter and....Nikujin dodges it"

-"Get Ready...Fight!"
-"Draw...Sudden Death"
-"Battle"
-"Adventure Mode"
-"MUSSSEEEUM" (lol)
-"Options"
-"Team # wins!"
-"The Winner is..." or "Player # wins!"
-"Computer Wins"
-"...Has been Eliminated"
-"Continue?"
am I right  Undecided?

We could simplify this to:
"The winner is... <Character Name/Team <#>/Computer>"

Random is a character choice in the character select; you only know what character you'll get when the match begins. The voice says the name during character select, not at the start of a match.

sorry, I assumed that random selects a character for you there and then rather than keeping it from you until the round starts
