By "Platform: TBA" you mean "Platform: PC, TBA", right? what console is TBA? uhm, i like more the new tiles, BUT that gradients on the old ones were awesome... so i think i like more the shapes of the new but the shades of the old one edit: not for the orange blocks, i like more the new ones in every aspect <3 edit2: that's what i meant ( please don't kill me for the edit)

i still use gradients everywhere. just in a more subtle way.
and this is just a very simple example. the grey and orange blocks were the first 2 i made and are cinsidered the most basic building blocks of the set. there's some much more fancy geometry/patterns going on in other parts of the world.

cool! i love gradients in pixel art i know it's like cheating for someone but i don't get any palette restriction, back in the days game developers where for the more they could get out those machines too

The old style made the grass look kinda flat and the wear on the old stones didn't look trixelly enough. The new style adds depth to everything.

That's real nice, good work. The menu to the left is a tad too tall, though, and the links don't fit in my window the size I have it now, but at least it's only external links.
