Hand of Xom is the easiest for me. It's the only ship I have beaten the game on punishment with. |

I just beat level 2. Also, guy above me, what games do you play that have made you so good at this.
Edit: GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHhjewblvijbelveiubvlrekjjhbcrliuvublirub. I was at the second boss on level 3 and was about to finish him when he walked out of my open hand. I could have shot him to death, but nooooooooo I had to futilely wade my way through bullets to try and open hand him again.
Edit: GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH, there's more after that.
Edit: Are the musics and backgrounds different every time you play?

Final Mission (NES), Warning Forever, Echoes, Clean Asia!, SY!NSO!, Excellent Bifurcation*, Garden of Coloured Lights*, White Butterfly* * playing Linley's shmups (esp. EB  ) makes you much better at Linley's shmups |

Edit: Apparently my brain is rejecting this game now, because I can't even get past the forth wave of enemies without dying anymore.

Props on another tremendously enjoyable game, Linley. I love the music especially. I've gotten to the level 3 on normal I think. The ability to continue from a beaten level doesn't seem to be working. Might this be because I'm playing from a USB drive? I guess it might not save the achievements I've achieved on a different computer. edit: nevermind, I've only gotten to the third phase of the first level.  --Eino (first post!) |
