Don't change my design to some douchebag blonde Ken plx.. :D With the bright hair he just reminds me of Ken. And I hate ken with a passion. Flowchart ken specifically.

Lemme guess, he's able to leave his blade behind and have it at a different position while attacking, the blade could be controlled separately (perhaps just colliding the flying blade into an enemy kills him or you still have to attack even while moving the blade).
Thus the "RECALL BLADE!" that enables you to return the blade. But returning the blade, if it doesn't take some channel time, kinda removes the risk of not having the blade near you when you have to defend yourself.

you NEED two controllers connected or its gonna crash. probably.
NO there is no indication on who is player 1 and who is player 2. figure it out.
NO this mode does not end and there is no score.
YES there are a lot of bugs.

i ended up not having time to do sound. mostly because i just use sfxr and it would have sounded really awful. also, for some reason, sounds are off by like 1-2 frames so... no sound this time until i figure it out.

shield clashes are a little janky. i know. im sorry.

this build is mostly for bug hunting and general input. it is, of course, not representational of the final product.

PUSH H TO TURN HITBOXES ON AND OFF. THIS IS FOR TESTING.
USE THE NUM PAD + AND - TO INCREASE/DECREASE THE FPS. AGAIN, FOR TESTING.

Played it for like 5 minutes when I had a chance, here's what I got for now:

- Is the dodge meant to be variable? I found a quick press did a smaller than a long press.
- Also the dodge range is HUGE, is this intentional?
- Is the special button not working?
