Dunk Lordz is a fast paced action game probably best described as a combination of NBA Jam, Street Fighter, and Diablo.
The bulk of the game consists of 2-on-2 games of futuristic combat basketball, full of crazy dunks, brutal combat, and powerful special moves. Dunk Lordz will feature two modes. The first is a versus game mode, where 1-4 players can play a single game. In between quarters, players will have the option of purchasing upgrades using money earned during the game.
The second mode is a full story mode, which can be played single player or 2 player co-op. In this mode, players can win, find, and purchase new equipment in between games to improve their on the court abilities. Players will also be able to enter special challenges, such as 3-point and dunk contests for additional upgrades. As players gain more power, they will progress in their quest to become the Ultimate Dunk Lord!
