did i type "vaguely" because i should have said "nearly seems like you're intentionally inviting comparison" but that's also by no means a bad thing. these screenshots look nice. make a good game

Thanks for the responses and the kind words everyone!

Thanks for the feedback rj.  Really glad you're liking the art style!  I just checked out Stranded, and yes the premise where you're a spaceman that crashes on an alien world is identical.

Transmission has a rich narrative experience, along with exciting gameplay, which will make it immensely satisfying.  I guarantee that you won't be disappointed!

That aspect is way too vague to be something characteristic of anything.
Come on guys.

I've seen your game before on facebook, and i loved the concept, can't wait to see where this is going.

Love the idea and the concept art. What engine will you use? By "hand painted" do you mean puppet animation? or are you going flipbook sprite style?

Thanks EddCoast, I can't wait to show you where it's going!

Moneyhorse-Thank you!  I should clarify that these images aren't concept art.  They are screenshots of the game in Unity3D.  The visual style has a hand painted look with brushstrokes visible to the eye.  The goal is to make the entire world look like a piece of concept art.

These screenshots look awesome! Are they mockups or is there some gameplay we can see?  Maybe some animated gifs?

I'm glad it's working visually for you.

I've added a sample attack animation above.
