Here’s a first look at the rotation controller. This useful thing will let you build things that rotate in a sequence. We will introduce how it works in the future. But now we want to know which color setup you like the most. A, B or C? Let us know The rotation controller will let you build things that transform like this for example

We are adding some fields to the terrain this week and Adrian has been working on a gigantic corn plant. Here is a test in the terrain editor. Now we are thinking about making pumpkins that can be picked up and used as wheels in your creations. Still not sure about that one

Looking good!
I like the overall art style and the creativity that surrounds the game. I did expect "more scrap" when I saw the trailer though, seems like a very clean world. When I first heard the title I figured it was some dude surviving on a huge garbage field or something :p The character concepts are really neat, is the 3D model final or are you going to stylize the face a bit more like in the sketches?

Hey thanks! The name comes mainly from the player collecting scrap in the world and reusing it to build new things. There will be a lot more abandoned buildings and warehouses where you gather all the scrap. Really excited to get those in. We are also looking in to adding other types of environments that will feel less pleasant We are still tweaking the character as we go. I think we might stylize him a bit more.

Looks lovely! Lush, colourful world with robots and sandbox-y construction...great combo Like the overall look and proportions on the character - those black rods he's lugging around in his backpack detract a little though - maybe size them down & give them a nicer colour? Cool stuff.

Thanks! great feedback We might play around with the backpack a bit more. The biggest issue now is that the rods kind of cover the center point in a over the shoulder view. So scaling them down or move them around would fix that.
Something that would be fun to do is let the player change backpacks. Hopefully we get around to do it sometime soon.

The chasing crab like robots are the rusty embodiment of all my fears. Even so, this looks like a blast to play. Besiege fans would go nuts for this.

Sometimes I wish I were ten years old again, because all these building games would have made me so happy.
I like option 3 on the rotator panel, btw. First one seems too industrial, second one seems too bland.

Hey Hipshot, Yes, we will have different environments. We want to make sure that each environment is interesting to explore with a lot of variation. Not only change trees and ground textures.

Hi RujiK Yeah, we didn’t want the character to sit still in the car. You want to see how your vehicle affects the character. Sometimes you even feel bad for the guy. This gif is for you

There's some major competition going on with all the engineering games coming out nowadays but this one is looking absolutely spiffin' (and equally intuitive, the videos are perfect)
Looking forward to play it!
P.S: What's the physics engine being used, it looks very accurate with moving parts

This looks great! Loving the art style. Is this a completely open world thats procedurally generated?
Keep us in the loop of what else you have planed!

We had a great time testing out multiplayer today that Pontus has been working on. It’s not fully done yet. But we are getting there. Our goal is to have the multiplayer done before we release anything. Here are a few screens from our test session.
