Blazing Tank is a Top Down shooter. It is in alpha right now. you can play the web version with the link  Beer!

Controls are a bit weird. Learning to use them well might be a interesting challenge but I doubt most people would find it enjoyable.
You might want some limits on how often you can shoot missiles and maybe prevent shooting both guns at the same time.

Also there are several spots where you can climb above the cliffs and go over the edge to float forever.
