I've been keeping my eye on this for some time now, and just wanted to say good job! Aside from looking great, it's also interesting to me because you seem to run into exactly the same problems (and sometimes find the same solutions) as we do, working on our nonlinear narrative-focused point and click (mostly) vector-based game Smiley

And your nomad lifestyle just make it all a little bit more interesting for me.

Looking forward to playing it!

@jovan.vesic: Thanks a lot! Columnae looks beautiful. Nice to see other narrative-vector-point-and-click games out there!

Congratulations for launching this game! I love this artwork, I'll try it next week when I'll have more time to play.

Hopefully it will be a success and you be able to create more great games!

After two years of development and on-and-off posting on this devlog, Burly Men at Sea is now available! You can pick it up (or load it down?) on any of these fine storefronts:

Steam (PC/Mac)
Humble Store (PC/Mac/Android)
Itch.io (PC/Mac/Android)
App Store (iOS)
Mac App Store (Mac)
Google Play (Android)

We really appreciated all of the comments and encouragement on this DevLog. It was a blast to both be able to interact with everyone and have an opportunity to distill my own thinking about the game's technical side. The simple act of writing a post was always a learning experience.

We hope you enjoy the game! If you do get a chance to play, reviews or ratings are super appreciated, but most of all we just hope you have a great time telling your own folkloreish tales.

Thanks!
