Arcade Nouveau is an approach to game design according to which developers should work on everything from project management software to vending machines, making gaming part of everyday life.

I would love a toilet game to play while using it.

I need to connect a bunch of wireless controllers for some of the games at the show, and I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice. I'll be able to connect some wireless Xbox360 controllers for some of the games, but for the others I was hoping to connect Wii remotes. DarwiinRemote works great for Mac's, but I haven't been able to get it to work on my pc yet. I've tried a couple different methods, but no dice. If you've been able to get it to work on a pc, I'd appreciate any help/tips!

I did some experimenting some time ago, but unfortunately it wasn't very reliable back then. There's some bluetooth chipsets in certain bluetooth adapters that work, but people were saying back then that due to a "bluetooth driver architecting" issue, it's not possible to make a wiimote just power on and work on Windows. At least not as smoothly as on a Mac. Perhaps on Linux though.
On Windows, as soon as the wiimote "power saves" itself off, you gotta reinit everything.

Oh, man. I didn't realize that. I think I'm going to try running the games with CrossOver. If the laptops can handle it, it could be a good solution.

They're not available online yet. We are currently working on some stuff with them, but I'll be sure to share any info on here as soon as I am able to.
