I dunno; it didn't really appeal to me too much in the end...

This turned out really well! I love the aesthetic. I can't comment much on the gameplay, as I didn't have anyone to play it with, unless you count my left hand. Playing both characters at once was fine until I got to 'Apart', at which point it all fell down around my arse.

I love this game. The graphics are awesome, the control is tight (and awesome) and it's clever in how the gameplay actually works. I think the music grated on me a little, but I can't recall. I shall play with my girlfriend later today and update this post!

The gameplay is pretty clever, others have done co-op platforming before but it's still cool.
I really like the visual style, I will have to do something like that sometime in the future.

It's really time consuming to try to do it by yourself but it is possible. I managed, in about 2 hours!

I didn't get back as soon as I said I would. The experiment with my girlfriend didn't go over so well.. She liked the graphics, but I was too impatient with her getting the basics down. I think it was the third level we were on, where she wound up falling off the moving platform about three times, and it was just getting too tedious. She was also really annoyed by the music. Still, initial impressions were good!

Hah, yeah. For what it's worth, I had a similar experience. To some extent I derive a certain sort of glee from that, but yeah...

Yeah, any game that kills you for small mistakes is probably not a good game for most people who don't normally play games -- it takes a lot of experience with games before you learn to tolerate that. Remember when you first started playing games when you were five years old or whatever and got angry or cried every time you died? I still remember my cousin crying every time I beat him in Street Fighter 2.
