Bunch of numbers. I don't know what they represent.

Code:
Tiles/Tile_RedLight01
8 8 0 0
1
0
0 6 0 0
0 3 1 3 2 3 3 3 4 3 5 3

I'm guessing the first line is the location of animation.
Help please.

Yo!  I should post the file formats somewhere...

Anyway, animated tiles use the same animation file type as any animation in the game (though, the sprite size should be 8x8).

The format goes:
sprite_width sprite_height global_offset_x global_offset_y
number_of_animations
animation_number
loop_animation number_of_frames animation_offset_x animation_offset_y
frame_number frame_length ...
...

I hope this helps!
