We are a recently formed team coming out of multiple projects to tackle a large first person multiplayer Project in the survival genre and consists of about 20 People mainly from central and Eastern Europe with experience levels ranging from AAA-Project Members to motivated beginners.

Animator

Responsibilities

•   Create visually stunning 3d game animations.
•   Work closely with the team to create balanced solutions to any related technical and aesthetic issues.
•   Animate natural and expressive human motion to create realistic, fluid character animations.

Qualifications and Skills

•   Positive, solution-oriented individual with a passion for game development.
•   Understanding of development issues involved in getting animations into a game.
•   Advanced knowledge in one of: 3D Studio Max, Maya, or equivalent 3D program.
•   Skill in animating the human figure as well as other organic forms.
•   Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work closely with Artists, Designers and Programmers.

•   Experience with the Unity Engine Pipeline is an advantage
•   A portfolio demonstrating 3D animation is an advantage.


Concept Artist

Responsibilities:
•   Contribute to the game vision, other disciplines, and the team by communicating through concepts
•   Inspire the team by exploring and defining the setting, tone and mood of the game through richly detailed and inspiring concept art
•   Create concept art that is clear, concise, and easily readable for production artists to take into fully realized 3D assets
•   Collaborate with other team members from varied disciplines to drive the game vision forward
Qualifications and Skills
•   Strong understanding of lighting, anatomy, composition, perspective, color theory, scale, proportion, value and architectural design
•   Have advanced Skills in Photoshop but any additional software packages such as 3D software for scene blocking is a plus
•   Communicate ideas visually as well as verbally
•   Ability to give and receive critique from all members of the team
•   Samples of current  2D/3D artwork are an advantage
