Thanks for the assist, ravuya!
In similar vein, it'd be really cool in general to see more stuff that runs on Macs and Linux. I'll try to post more worthy examples as I find them.

I played a nice game that one of my friend's friend made it's really good. It's kind of a frist person shooter wtihout the first. Just try it out it's great. It's an online game. http://www.rndlabs.ca/Edit: I forgot the screenshot

I'll take this opportunity to pimp Haxima, running on the Nazghul engine. It's a proper old-school Ultima-style RPG that's complete and playable but still in an ongoing development tweak status. Highly recommended to Roguelike and Ultima fans. Quite challenging to start with but worth sticking with. http://myweb.cableone.net/gmcnutt/nazghul.html

Kind of old, but I like LiquidWars (win, mac, linux). I don't think age should stop you, editors; getting off the press release treadmill only makes you more indie.

YOU ARE SURPRISED AND EATEN BY A MANTICORE Hah hah, if I had a nickle for every time... Re: "Old" Games You may have noticed we now have a "Highly Recommended" category on the front, so don't hesitate to recommend the obvious if the obvious is lacking a story. Off the top of my head, I want to see Cave Story, Liero, and Icy Tower (Hi Johan! ) up there. It could become a great resource for folks getting into indie games for the first time. And it'll generally fill in any gaps in TIGSource's content.

Also seconding gusanos because its what I make

Seems very polished, especially for a game I hadn't heard of previously. Scheme-powered, too. Wow!

I reckon Enigma ( http://www.nongnu.org/enigma/) would be a good game to feature. If anybody here remembers playing any of the game in the Oxyd series (by Dongleware) then you'd probably enjoy it. They recently put out version 1.00 which brought the included level count to just under 1000, although some of those are Sokoban-style puzzles rather than traditional Oxyd-like levels which I feel distorts the number a bit Oh, and it's cross platform too. Windows, Linux and Mac ports are available, which is nice.

There was a Ludum Dare entry, "And the Sky Full of Stars," that I thought was pretty well-done. Open source too, and I don't remember seeing anything about it on TIGSource. Link ought to still work... http://sol.gfxile.net/ahd/ld8/Not exactly a game with a ton of content, but the atmosphere was cool.

There are a lot of good games here! Keep em coming. I'll start posting some this week. The front page needs love, too.

Is it too late for me to whore out my own game, Glow? I know it's ugly and pretty unfair, but it wants love too! SO MUCH LOVE.

You know that you can do textures in colour now, doncher? Still, anything with shooting *and* the undead in it has enough going for it for me to download it... *click*

Ah, you can turn the shaders off. I was just trying to look special, like a one-eyed kitten, so people would pay attention to me. Also, having shaders gave me an excuse to buy a nicer computer, so everyone won in the end. (hides flop-sweat at being played by the arsecast host)

Ever since you mentioned it in a comment a while back, I've had it on my list to surprise you with a Ravuya Games post. Perhaps TIGS will show you some love this week.
