Now, final question: Can I have 3 exits?

That's weird. My tilesets are un-unlocked. Probably because I downloaded *.8 and had *.1 when I unlocked them?
Cruuud.
I'll work on this as best as I can when I get out of class.

You want a .reg with them unlocked, man?

Well, with college in the way- yes please.
I'll gladly replay Spelunky later to get my own .reg back to shape.

This is going quickly! Hideous: I made it so the player gets bombs and ropes at the beginning of your level, since it was impossible in 99.8b without them. If you have any problem wit' dis PM me.

Should I place more than one entrance for my level, or should it still be just one? Just curious. Edit: I'm done, but can modify stuff if needed. I'd rather someone other than me test it first, and I don't have a guinea pig (i.e.- my girlfriend or close friends) handy at the moment. I'll send what I have now, regardless.

Mine might take a while and/or need some editing as this is my first stint at Spelunky level design.
EDIT: Done!

Just a thought for each level made: could you post the number of bombs/ropes/items in your level, or the maximum amount of things you can have at the end of the level? It could give the designers of later levels an idea of how they should structure things.
I mean, if a later level has a huge long maze that you have to go through just to get some ropes so you could exit, it could be screwed up entirely by an earlier level that gives you some extras.

I did soemthing a lil' bit different. I made two interconnected levels. one of them is connected to the second, which then leads back. anyway, it's entirely likely that a player will have 2 ropes upon leaving, plsu they're have spring boots if they didn't already. http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?n12x4vzhowiEDIT: and tell me what you think. Be sure to try the super easy path in the B level.

No. I'll add you to the queue once I get off my ass and pack Renton's and ElTipo's maps.

I have to say that this might be the most unbalanced campaign ever.

Mine was an atmospheric piece, ok? Same here. Mine was also an educational piece on Aztecan culture and beliefs.

Bwaha! This went by a lot faster than most collaborative projects. I blame poor management skills. I made some changes: -opening map now has money instead of compass; only diff there. -Xion's map; I made the changes we talked about, and also made it so it skips a "generation" of levels. - Changed some exit destinations, but I think all of the ones I did weren't defined by the maker in the first place, so no biggie. Currently, the map structure looks like this complicated image: The color totem matches the list in the first post of this thread. Hopefully I didn't fuck this up because I did everything in this post while tired and tipsy.
