This guy is awesome at backgrounds, but we would like to have a one more artist - it will be really faster and easier to work if every person will be focused on his own stuff.
The main criteria is quality and ability to work constantly (sure, if you have comission - do it first, we are all grown up people, and we need to eat, pay bills, we are not nuts, we understand everything).
We are offering 10%, so yes, full enthusiasm, risk of having nothing after 1-1.5 year of development (that's what we planning) etc. It's indie development, right? ))
