Hmm, this is sounding really interesting! I'm still a tentative yes, but I'm not sure what my current holiday plans are; also, since starting my new job, there's a chance I may not be able to get time off. A jam sounds like fun, though (Like C418, my main contribution would be music), and I hope to have a laptop by late Summer, so if I'm able to make it, I will!

For the people who're interested, it'll be in the first week of August. Jsticker's in the process of trying to find a venue, and it looks like it'll be over the first weekend of the aforementioned week, though that isn't certain.

It's looking more and more likely that I will be able to attend, given the tentative dates.
Fuck yeah.

I don't really know what work's going to be like around then, but I think I will try to book some holiday and see if I can go! I hardly ever travel when on holiday... just end up sitting in my room, coding and getting depressed. Now I can travel to germany, sit in a room, and get depressed with others! Yey!

Just a small heads up: I got a few places that would agree to host EuroTIGJAMSummer09 (or whatever the name will be). I'll visit Berlin in 1-2 weeks and check them out in person, then decide on one place. More info will follow after that's been done.

I might be up for 2-3 days at the beginning of August. I've been meaning to visit Berlin.

This sounds like a nice thing to go to. I'd really like to, not sure yet whether I can. Berlin shouldn't be expensive to fly to, though, so that's no problem at least.
So, as I understand it, the currently planned time frame is the weekend around the 1st/2nd of August?

Yeah, and some of us will most likely be staying for two or three days around that. The precise dates aren't definite yet, but we'll be able to confirm them once jstckr has sorted out the location. It'll definitely be at the beginning of August, anyway.
