no, I think we are at 50%. We wanted to get out a demo as fast as possible so we could check how people would react to the game. We got some nice feedback. For example:

1) No one would land on a checkpoint. Had no idea it was even a checkpoint

2) And when they would land on a checkpoint, no idea what to tap on (UI thingy)

3) We have a lot of internal discussions about what the progression is. We made a shop for example where people could buy new ships. But when you play, there's not really a reason to go to this shop and spend your coins. This is actually the most challenging of all.  

Oh, and btw, we use SCRUM as a work method to make fast iterations of the game. That's why it looks so complete.

Super thanks for all the feedback! We made some changes to the game based on your suggestions:

  • You're able to touch grass (before grass was a lethal object)
  • More enemies
  • More obstacles

Here's a new enemy for example:
