Hello!

I'm investigating a little bit on flamenco stuff for a specific theme in a game and I found it quite deep and complex. The thing is I would like to use a spanish guitar or something similar that sounds good enough for doing this piece.

I guess acoustic guitar would also do the trick but I was wondering if somebody knew about any spanish guitar vst.

Thanks for the help!

8dio recently released a concert guitar for Kontakt and as a guitarist I am amazed (and a little terrified) at how good it sounds.

It's the first item on 8dio.com at the moment.

Hope that helps!

It's actually really cool, thanks for the tip!

The only inconvenient I find is that is it sounds a little bit "cold". That's why I was looking for a spanish guitar sound. Something that sounds like this =>

The other posibility I heard of is this orange tree sample acoustic guitar, but I think the 8dio one sounds a little bit more natural (and warmer also actually) => https://www.orangetreesamples.com/products/evolution-acoustic-guitar-steel-strings

You can try RealGuitar as well, it's a great product but since it's synthesized, you'll have to check the sound quality for yourself and I don't know how much Spanish you can make it. 8dio VIs have some great-sounding products, but their scripting is sometimes odd, I'd check the reviews to see if there are any scripting problems with that plugin before buying.

Given that it's Black Friday and Cyber Monday is on the way, maybe it's time for a quick decision if you haven't bought your guitar plugin yet?

Almost bought their Balalaika awhile back, but I needed to save money. Haven't used their Nylon guitar but I think it sounds pretty solid.

Ample Sounds AGL acoustic is the most detailed and accurate one I have found, bought, and continuously use. Screw the rest if you can afford that one.

Would totally be worth you looking at Ilya Efimov guitars.
By far the best guitar sample library I've heard.

All discounted at time of writing, so happy days Smiley

I bought the ample sound one at the end. Even though the one from dio was also cool, I liked a little bit more the warm feeling of this one.

Thanks everyone for the tips!
