Our first boss duel preview. Name is Bearer of Reson. Our idea is to sync the sword movement to the music of the game. The boss shall be more of the whole "environment" then a specific point.

Made a better version:



Phew I used distance joints on circle 2D bodies and manual triangle mesh/uv draw (using the circle centers). Then applied forces to bodies.

Didnt knew about this cloth thing though

I always enjoy learning how many different ways you can approach a single job! Seems like your technique might be a bit more labor intensive than just dropping in unity's cloth physics. But looking at that close up gif your flag movement seems way more natural than what I was able to set up! Plus I imagine you've got way more control over its behavior.

Also P.S - Now that Hyper Light Drifter has come out and I've played it to death, Tower of Samsara is currently top of my "things I'm excited to play" list  Gentleman

Haha yeah maybe I took a bit more trouble than needed. I actually wasted 2 weeks on this xP

I'd like yo see how your ended up though.

Thanks for such kind words! I still have to play HLD, excited for it! Just need to finish life is strange first.

But I can already advance it will be somewhere around 40k euros.
