Let's go over what still needs to be done before milestone 1.

Sprites/Animation
-Liero needs to be fully animated. There are only a few needed animations remaining!
-Another character ought to be animated. Nikujin would be the best choice, because his basic animations are already done.
-We'll need some particle effects for landing attacks. Even generic ones will be fine for now.

Sound/Music
-Right now I have three finished songs and 4-5 places that need music (menu, Bonesaw stage, Cube Sector, Death Worm Desert, maybe Knytt Falls). We just need one more song (it doesn't even need to be appropriate to the currently existing stages- I just want every place in the game to have some music).
-We at least need some basic 'hit' sound effects.

Coding (My Job!)
-I'll be adding all the stages and items that I have animations for.
-I'll add pretty, functional menus.

That's not a whole lot of work! We're almost there!

I'm not quite sure what you mean by 'landing attacks'. Like, attacks from the air, or attacks that make contact?

sweet, I'll isolate the one from the old Liero hurt animation.

EDIT: here we go.

You can rotate it for any occasion, too!

I'd finish that Dwarf animation, but I too lazy and in enough trouble already.
So not much from the pixel scene.

Edit:
Leiro only needs a hurt animation. or am I wrong?

I believe he also needs shotgun bullets, larpa's dropped bullets, and fan's air blast.

I can do some more music. TwiTerror is orchestrating my Menu Theme and I'm working on a Best of Times Remix.

Flashy is almost done with his Death Worm stage music; you can listen to it - aaww, he took it off again... Sad

It'll be released when it's ready. But I'm hoping for it within a month.

Even if it's incomplete, I could add what you have done of the Death Worm and menu music, just so there's something there.

Btw, would you mind throwing together a mock-up from current resources of what a typical game session might look like? Feel free to use imagination and go beyond what is currently possible Smiley
