Sorry for the lack of updates, I just went back on track after the Global Game Jam.

Here's a work in progress of one of the new maps, it still lacks the ambient lighting:

Anyways, thanks for all your support, guys!

This game looks totally spectacular, very unique style for RM (holla!)

I've done similar stuff screwing around in the engine and I made an open source dynamic music script for anyone to use, if you're interested in that. It works a bit like Soul Reaver's.

And here's a small preview because I can't embed videos from tumblr:

Modern day RPG, with no random encounters and with this beautiful art style. I'm totally in! Smiley

This week I mainly focused on eventing, but I also added more frames to the walk cycle. Rourke can now get his socks wet (not really):

This is a micro update, but I have been working on reference sheets and here's a bit of Rourke's:

If you could just add a staircase, or some sort of banister to the bottom of the room.... Smiley

Very reminiscent of Chrono's bedroom, in some ways at least. Nice!  Beer!

Here's the latest map I have finished!

Hello everyone! Here's a short teaser I made for a talk I had yesterday, featuring some CGs from the game:

I just checked and, whoa, there are even 3 frames at the left side of the room too, haha. Good thing this is a one-story house.

Are you going to animate the water at all? It's so beautiful!

Getting more and more excited for this!

Thank you! I'm too slow at animating, so I don't think so, haha.
