This is the kind of game I just want to sit down and play right now!!! I can really see the  Zelda influence here, and those moss covered stone enemies remind me of the guardians on Laputa. |

This looks awesome. I really like the feeling I get from the inventory and item drops. You have good use of color palettes and good textures. The attack animation feels a bit weak, but I guess that's an homage to zelda, so it's easily forgiven. I'm looking forward to seeing more.

Thank you for the feedback! The inventory and items are very important for us at Moonlighter, since the player will be a lot of time searching items and that implies some inventory management. In fact, we didn't know about Recettear until three months of development of Moonlighter...  We think that Recettear was a good game, but we want to explore other ways to manage the shop+dungeons. Also, as we said, at Moonlighter is very important the progression of Will, our shopkeeper that wants to become a hero. In fact he's the actor of all the actions of the game.  |
