This is a game I've 'finished' several times in the past, but never made a log about, better late than never!
I wanted to share how the style of the game evolved over the years...

About 10 years ago I came across multimedia fusion (now clickteam fusion), and started goofing around.
At some point there was a game jam for a 1-button game. I made this god awful prototype:


Just awful.

A lot of time went by and here's a snapshot from 2012 (my god, has it really been that long?):



A bit better, but still god awful.

Then 3-4 years passed (wow, what?), here's the final version:



I'm happy with this as I started the project with 0 experience.
I've worked on other things in the meantime, of course. Development was an off and on kind of thing.

AND THEN I CAME BACK FOR ONE FINAL REDO, BAZAM :



That feels good. It's a lot less noisy and easier to define things. Less is more my friends.

Ha! I voted on this today and confused it with HomeGrove too! Loved the animation! Made me want to watch an entire series with the protagonist! Anyway, best wishes!

Just wanted to say that I'm currently streaming and implementing steam achievements within Clickteam Fusion 2.5, and that if anyone was interested in this game making software now would be a good time to stop by say hi and ask a question or two.

Since the game is already Greenlit, you can probably update it to the Steam store page and/or with your Homegrove devlog.

Ok for real for real this is the last time I'll update this devlog. I did I total graphic overhaul this time. I really believe Little Walker has reached it's final form and I wanted to share the final result of this learning process. Thanks to everyone who kept me working on this project over the years.
