Oh yeah, that reads weirdly. I mean it looks like the paintings usually turned into "prints" puzzles in a more mass produced fashion, the kind your grandmother and aunts do at family gatherings.

Also, which consoles do you want this to get on when it's done?

Ah, I see. I had been imagining some elaborate family puzzle solving ritual. Interesting touch point nonetheless.

In addition to PC, Mac, Linux, aiming for all 3 "major" consoles. Not all at once, mind you Smiley

whoa! It's great to find this game here as well.
Honestly, it's one of the best executions of glitch in games I've ever seen.

Thanks maruki - spent no small amount of time folding glitch/compression artifacts into the art in all kinds of ways. Will spend more yet Who, Me?

Since I'm here... recently been improving beach shore asset integration, playing with some more palettes. The atmos-visuals will actually shift a lot during play (based on player actions), but there's some starting norms I want to settle on for each locale. A peep:

horreh-shet looks noice!

some of the best video game art I've seen.

this is crazy- last night i was tinkering in gamemaker, proud of myself for simply coding randomized rgb ranges to produce glitchy colors... this is just lightyears beyond.
I'll definitely read through any technical info in this thread and I'll stay tuned!
