Hi there!

We're looking for a 3D modeler for our game, An Oath to the Stars. The game is a mecha-anime Danmaku SHMUP inspired by Dodonpachi, Eschatos and Ikaruga, with a very peculiar art style.

You can find the trailer and some screenshots in our Greenlight page (also please vote!)

You'll be required to create 3D models from concept art, keeping the same style and techniques used in the existing models.

Here's a list of requirements:
- Be able to do vert-colouring. Existing models have no textures, the colours are embedded in the vertices.
- You should be aware of performance implications and issues while design the models, keeping polycount low etc.
- You should be able to keep the existing style of the game
- You should have experience working on 3D games
- Ideally you have experience working on Unity 5 and know how to import assets
- Nice to have but not essential: Be able to do simple animations

The current artists have used Blender and Maya, but I suppose any application is ok as long as you can provide a FBX.

If you're interested, please get in touch by email with your portfolio and rates. The email is attilio [at] himekigames.com

Cheers! Gomez
