What was up with that guy? Was he promoting something? Or is he just from the future and trapped in our time with no way to get home?

(He was standing around on the street outside the convention center whenever I walked out.)

He told me that booth babes are often implanted with tracking devices, and will in turn place tracking devices on you, figure out where you live, and send their corporate lackeys after you.
