Hi all. I'm looking for a musician for my game, Scout And The Whispering Forest.
I posted in the main devlog, but I'm also going to post here just in case. Here's the link to that devlog, and the post is on the bottom.
 https://forums.tigsource.com/index.php?topic=53968.0
The short of it is that I am looking for samples to see if the composer is right for the job.
3 sample ideas are make a theme for an npc from that devlog, create a boss fight tune for a skater character that I discussed in the devlog, or make a title theme.
Any people who are curious can pm me for more information.
Thanks!

Is this paid work?

Hi!
This may or may not be paid work, and that is because I might just have to pay the composer when the game is actually released. Most money is going to development.
Thanks for the interest!

Small tip: hiring a composer for actual money is putting your money into game development.

Dawid is right, we're game developers as well Smiley

We hope for others to see that we put our heart and souls into music/sounds for your games, or even make our own games too! If we weren't considered devs, we wouldn't be at GDC, in studios, and/or games would never have sound. I hope you find an awesome composer however, and at least work out a royalties contract!

I believe i have a jungle type adventure track that might play well to your game.
