I'm Darren and I run Tayanna Studios - a one-man company dedicated to making addictive adventure games with rich storytelling.
I'm currently working on Calm Waters - a point & click mystery thriller adventure game due for release on Windows, Mac & Linux and with Android and possibly iOS releases once it's completed.
I've been working on Calm Waters now for over 3 years.

Story:Think of a cross between Twin Peaks, Lost and Alan Wake when it comes to storytelling and atmosphere.
The idea came when I realised that there weren't enough of these games out there that can actually capture that wonderful feeling like the classics did.
Remember sitting down at your computer with a cup of tea or coffee and getting all cosy and ready to jump in to an exciting world of mystery and adventure? Or remember that lovely warm feeling inside that you got when you were walking around Melée Island as the sun was setting? Well that's where Calm Waters came from - I wanted to recreate that passion that sadly isn't seen as often anymore in these types of games.
