Humans and their behaviors are typically more complex than "+2 to being alone, -1 to sports"

it accurately describes me
They all accurately describe you. I'm not going to take the time to count every use of every word, but you can see a lot of repeated uses of vague positive terms like "enthusiastic" "Playful" (lol wut) and "Creative". If you took any one of these groups they would all roughly describe you just about as much as the word "cool dude" does. Lol no it fucking doesn't First word is responsible, if you read INTPs are not that at all, I sure as hell aren't. If I could be bothered I'd point out how the description of all of those don't work for me apart from what I apparently am.

Also, if you're polling people, it'd be far more accurate to ask more straightforward questions, and just document the answers given, not the result of a test you put the answers to. By having the middleman of the test, you dull your data by basically rounding it to the nearest number.

Can I min/max sports/creativity? I still have some skill points left over from when I was trying to level up tennis and I'd like to transfer them to piano. https://www.reddit.com/r/outside/top?sort=top&t=all

I've been taking the Meyers Briggs randomly for about 6 years and I always get INTJ. I know a lot of the generalizations can be attributed to the Forer effect, but these personality archetypes are not just pseudo science. After reading a lot about all the personality types, the INTJ descriptions verbalized many observations I've had throughout my life about my own personality. Sure, take everything with a grain of salt, but there is something useful in the analyses if you like to introspect.

How to understand yourself.
Write down a list of 100 things that make you feel happy on one side of a piece of paper and a list of 100 things that make you feel bad on the other.
Read it back to yourself.
Consider if both sides are interchangeable, maybe you have to destroy the piece of paper when you're done. What's wrong? It's just a stupid list. Have your friend do it for you so you can say you wrote the list. Whatever it takes to look normal.
Now reflect on this experience.

well i think even legit respected psychology can have the forer effect when perused by people with no education in the field. just look at how easy it is to "diagnose" yourself with pretty much every mental illness out there using wikipedia. personally, i don't think it's possible to learn anything about yourself from only within yourself. or if it is, then only in very minor ways. you need other people for it.
