That is good that nothing went wrong in a way too bad to be fixed within a few days. Maybe you'll get lucky and somehow this horrible misadventure will spark some creative juices (yay mixed metaphor). Glad it all somehow worked out.

Yeah, how can you beat the kid whose story about why he was going to Utah changed from minute to minute? Smiley  Great material there!  It could be a game about making your way through one alternate universe after another, trying to find your way back home.

Wow, that's awful. I hate when travelling goes wrong, it's just so stressful. But good thing you got back safe.

I'm glad you got home safe from your unfortunate adventure on the road.
Your travels made an interesting story though, so that memory you'll always have with you.

Haha thanks everyone... Tragically, I don't make games, I'm just a girlfriend... but I would sell the rights to anyone willing to make my story into an interactive adventure that just irritates the shit out of anyone who plays it. Zero dollars for the rights! What a deal.

Also forgot to mention, in Reno I stepped outside the station to see if I could get some decent food somewhere and instead I got to see a cop beating a culprit to the ground. I went back inside and ate Cheese-its from a vending machine.

I wrote a song while I was waiting...

and I asked my friend Samantha to record some vocals!

Check it out: http://alec.holowka.ca/music/wouldntlastaday.mp3

Lyrics:
If I was here without you, I wouldn't last a day
Without your warmth beside me, I'd whither and fade away
If not for your winsome smile I'd crumble to earth as clay
Without you here beside me I wouldn't last a day

And check out Sam's myspace page, she's awesome: http://www.myspace.com/gg200

Yeah, by the power invested in Baiyon.

Will you wear a monocle and tophat to our wedding?
