TIGSource didn't have a wiki page. It's totally empty as of this writing. Also, I think the indie gaming wiki page needs some cleanup. It's pretty bare and rather erroneous. Anyone care to help? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TIGSource

I'm not good at writing for wiki, but it's always really pissed me off that IGN is considered a source while TIGS is not. [citation needed]

One thing on wikipedia that confuses me is there's an entry for Nifflas, and there's an entry for Cave Story, but there's no entry for Nicalis.

Bungie is indie, apparently.
That must be left over there since before Microsoft sank their claws into them. Then again, didn't they sorta, kinda separate?

There's also no entry for Pixel.

Bungie is now a separate studio again although they are still contracted to do a few more things with MS. Unfortunately, the notability standards for Wikipedia at this point are pretty high so getting some of the more obscure indie stuff on there would be a battle. It'd be easier just to setup an Indiepedia that would document indie games than try to get Wikipedia to include it.

There's also no entry for Pixel. Well if you look at the disambiguation page for "Pixel" it lists Pixel as the creator of Cave Story and links to the entry for Cave Story. mklee: http://db.tigsource.com/ ?

Independent developers Independent developers are usually small groups of people that are not owned by any publisher or another company. Because of that, most independent developers publish their games themselves. If they do that, the games usually won't get much attention or money. Still, independent developers can make exactly the game they want, when there is no publisher to tell them what to do.

That makes me think of converting sentences from real to simple.
The Second Reality Project is a SMW Hack series that has 3 games so far. TSRP1, TSRP2, and TSRPR. My opinion is that the middle one is the best, for being long and having original concepts.
The Second Realness Project is a Mario game series made from breaking into a good game Super Mario World. It has 3 games in it. 1, 2, and Reloaded. (Made Better) I think that 2 is best because it is long and has not-thought-of-before-stuff in levels.
