Hi guys

I posted my Menu System on the internets and people liked it so I made a tutorial on how to achieve that effect.


I made in UNITY, but the method is universal and can be used in ANY engine that has mask shader.

This is how it looks like in game:

It's really simple and light so it can be used on mobiles also.

The way it works is that each menu screen has a mask object behind it and when it slides aside it uncovers the menu behind it.

I used the simpler method in my game but I also described in tutorial how to do the harder method, with static screens.
In this method screens don't slide aside, they stay static and only the bar slides on sides and cover/uncover screens.

Maybe someone will like it so feel free to use it.
