I was just on PS website.
I remember when I looked a few years ago
they seemed partial to big developers.

Now It looks indie friendly
It even says No Slotting, No Voting
It says just sign up and publish. 1, 2, 3
really??

Is this correct?
Can anyone in the countries on the list just sign up and become a publisher there now?
Is anybody here doing it?
Any success with distributing there?

I think the anyone can publish was for that Playstation Mobile platform they scrapped a few months ago. Pretty sure to publish on PS4/PS Vita you need to have a proper publishing deal with Sony. That said they are really approachable and very indie friendly. I know a couple of devs that have self publishing deals with them for PS4/PS Vita.
