Every single European country has its own policies on immigrants, their own culture and probably also their own vultures.
You can't just say "in Europe blah blah blah".. E.g. Denmark and Sweden are two neighboring countries with totally different and opposing policies on immigration and refugees. The Danes are chasing the Muslims around for their religion and culture, both the state and the press, while the Swedes are building them mosques.
Besides, I still don't see a vast correlation between racism and Cosby getting away with drug rape.

Black in europe have the same problem than asian in america, they are supposed to be without problem therefore not heard at all, they don't get any avenue to be listen to. That also isolate black european to each other until they found their issue are not in isolation (increasingly with social media). Also because black american's situation is used against them to tell them they have it easier here (while that's highly debatable), just like asian american are shut up with the "model minority" caricature.
Blacks are hardly heard in northern Europe, because there hardly are any. |

we don't have colonial slavery in our past. All colonizing European countries had colonial slaves. We just kept them in the colonies because our sugar plantations was in the Caribbean etc. |

My country (Austria) didn't have colonies. It wasn't for lack of trying tho and of course we still profited from colonialism in a roundabout way.

rape allegations follow woody allen is just one of those basic physiology truisms like "water follows sodium". i mean it ignores the mechanisms at play but gives you an overall unuderstanding of how the woody allen operates
