'Life in the Box' is looking for character artist (Revenue share)

Hi, guys! As you know - our artist has quit the team, so we are looking for new one.
We already have found background artist, but we would like to have one more on characters.
The main criteria is quality and ability to work constantly (sure, if you have comission - do it first, we are all grown up people, and we need to eat, pay bills, we are not nuts, we understand everything).
We are offering 10% (6 members in the team), so yes, full enthusiasm, risk of having nothing after 1-1.5 year of development (that's what we planning) etc. It's indie development, right?
