Max size 64x64 per monster and limited palette(SNES'ish). The design of each monster should fit the power of cell* it's in.

* pure air monster, air monster with a hint of fire, air monster with a hint of water
* pure fire monster, fire monster with a hint of water, fire monster with a hint of earth
* ...

Not sure how far i will take the project so keep that in mind if you send me your price. If you think you are too expensive you probably are. Prefer bitcoin but can do paypal.
