We are looking for a serious, and dedicated individual who will give this their all and also see it through until its completion. The ‘Summer of INT’ is approaching and we would like to find an amazing candidate who will dramatically grow our fan base in preparation for fall and winter funding.
Essential Requirements:
1. Promote the INT Project through Social Media outlets (Reddit, twitter, Facebook) and potentially a forthcoming website forum.
2. Coordinate and work with our two web admins to provide content directly to the website.
3. Complete a weekly update each week with team highlights. This update will be shared to the broader community on IndieDB and Steam.
4. Attend developer meetings and interact with developers on the team and Project Lead to obtain highlights and material that can be used in a weekly update.
5. Map and manage social media analytics and provide weekly updates to the developers at developer meetings.
In addition, the applicant for the PR Manager position may also need to complete the following on a monthly basis:
6. Manage and potentially host an INT Project podcast known as ‘RogueSpace’ and manage the INT Project’s twitch account.
Other indie game dev experience is a bonus, but not a necessity.

We are seeking an UI Artist to design and develop icons, logos and user interface for use on the project. The 2D Artist needs to follow instructions from the Art Lead and the Project Lead in creation of assets. Open evaluation to and from other team members would also be expected.
Mandatory Attributes:
1. Must be familiar with image creation software such as Adobe Photoshop and GIMP.
2. Have knowledge of creating digital 2D work for video and print.
3. Able to create intuitive user interface & icons for interactive games.
4. Willing to follow explicit instructions and make changes where needed.
Preferred:
5. Be an avid gamer, have played a wide collection of games from various genres.

We are looking for a 3D Hard-surface Modeller to implement and refine 3D models for the game. You will be collaborating with others on the team to come up with 3D objects that meet polygon count requirements as well as high texturing quality. You will also need to be able to understand feedback, and enact on explicit instructions from the Art team Lead and the Project Lead.
You responsibilities will be:
1. Create 3D models conforming to the poly-count requirements.
2. Skinning, un-wrapping and texturing of models created.
3. Be able to follow instructions and meet deadlines.

We offer profit-sharing from crowd-funding generated to team members who spend 15-20 hours per week on company projects and meet Starboard Games deadlines. Currently we are unable to offer wages or per-item payments due to us being an independent developer, your understanding is greatly appreciated.
