Hello, I'm a bit stuck with this area, I found some tutorials like http://www.penciljack.com/forum/showthread.php?82126-Hair-Highlight-Tutorial but though it gives me some ideas, I can't exactly understand a "physics" rules/principles of how lights works on a hairs (I guess it could be easier if I had a helping person nearby, to direct lights from different angles and observe, but I haven't).
So ummm, maybe you are able to point me toward right ideas or materials to study, maybe you know some good places with references on that theme. By myself I even had a problem of making proper google request to find drawing tutorials instead of examples of making real haircuts.
Almost all I find tends to show how to draw higlights, but not much about "why it was drawn exactly there" =/

upd: sorry, I somehow made a mistake when creating thread, it supposed to be in "Art" subforum >_<
