To find the room search for Fishing / Prowler. You'll receive 2 cats (fighter and assist). Teach emergency escape to the fighter cat and piercing boomerangs to the assist cat. That's all you need for a perfect boomerang build.

Edit: The share session is over but you may still be able to get the cats by searching for Fishing / Prowler and joining other people's rooms. I have both cats too. If you want me to send you PoogieP and NyantaleX just send me a PM.
