In level 2-7, I earned 3 stars with 60 moves. Is it normal?

Edit: There was a mistake. The limit is supposed to be 35. I will upload a 1.1 version soon fixing this and fixing mouse movement. While you might not need it you should be able to get that instead but keep your save file. It will still show three stars on 2-7 for you since it is saved already, but if you want you can try to get 35 moves. Thanks for playing!
Edit 2: There is a new version, 1.1, on itch now if you want to download it. I fixed mouse movement although I would recommend playing with keyboard since mouse is not very polished. As you can see in game it is meant to be played using keyboard or gamepad. I also fixed the 35 moves for 2-7, will work for new save files, and added a file with level editor instructions.
