Looks pretty sweet but the name might bring you down in terms of SEO since Caravan is the card game in Fallout New Vegas.

I also found this other game called Caravan http://www.daedalic.de/en/game/Caravan which is already on Steam http://store.steampowered.com/app/352890/?snr=1_5_1100__1100

Ah cool I was actually looking for that game and couldn't find it.  A friend of mine played it at PAX.  I will definitely change it in the future to avoid that collision.  Need to think of something with a pun in it I guess...

Depends - if you want to keep the title one word only, then you'll probably have to change it. But if you want to keep "Caravan" (And I think it's a great word/title), you could also just add to it, either before or after "Caravan"...like, "Desperate Caravan" or "Caravan of Hunger". (playing off the food mechanic)

Those aren't great/serious suggestions. But you get the idea. Given your nicely worded stories and setting descriptions so far, I'm sure you'd have no problem making that catchier.

Really like the feel of this. It's a nice union of Western/Japanese longform gameplay. Def Unique.

Those are not bad!  Keep em coming.  Playing up the darker themes in the title may be the right move.  "Pokemon that can eat each other" could be the "hook" we're looking for.  If we can get a pun or a double meaning out of it then we're really in business.  Btw I'm alluding to Ryan Clark's famous article w/r/t the naming considerations.  Which is a VERY good read.

Thanks so much!  That is a really cool way of putting it and I might have to steal it for the beginning of elevator pitches Smiley
