Is there a way to see new replies to *all* topics that you follow?

(I'm hoping this is the right place to post this, as Townhall is for discussing forum policy)

Currently, the Show new replies to your posts. only shows topics that you have commented/posted on. Is there a way to also see the new replies to topics where you just clicked the

button but haven't actually commented?

If I go to Profile > Notifications and Email then I can see all the Topics that I am "following" but that also included the ones with no new posts.

(Unless I missed it) It would be nice to see *all* new posts to topics that are following that could be accessed in a single place (i.e. with a single link).
