Oh man i haven't played wesnoth in a long time. I don't really understand why it needs to be on Steam though. You can already dl it for free and then add it to your steam library using the feature that lets you do that, if you so desire.  You get easy automatic updates I guess?

also did anybody else knows about wyrmsun? It is an open source rts thats related to wesnoth and is on steam secretly.

Well this brings back memories. Didn't know the Wesnoth community was still active in developing the game. There were some really clever player-made campaigns that expanded the lore.
