Gremlin Entertainment is looking for an off-site programmer to develop a zero-G 2.5D fighting game prototype.
Requirements- Fluent in English
- Experience with game development: professionally as a gameplay programmer, or as a hobbyist. We’ll require a resume and some demonstration of your past work.
ResponsibilitiesAs a gameplay programmer, you are responsible for implementing gameplay features. You will be working closely with the game designer/art director. All art assets, as well as a design document, will be provided for you. It will be your responsibility to program features in areas such as game mechanics, animations, AI, playable characters, in-game UI and control schemes.
Pluses- Knowledge of fighting game mechanics like 2-in-1 cancels, hit-pause, roman cancels, zoning, etc.
- Experience with Unity3D
- Experience with Spine2D
- Experience with 2D and 3D graphics
- Experience with game prototyping
