I think they probably used hawaii because there is less ambient pollution and therefore readings will reflect what the air is globally. That is just a guess though

There were a couple of funny jokes at the beginning, but later on it got predictable. It ended right around the time it was getting tiresome.
Not as good as The Great Gatsby for the NES, but it made a good effort.

Anyone know a good site like tigsource where I could find indie music? I need more music, and the mainstream stuff is really shit (repetitive beats with rapping in the center, oh yes true art) in my opinion. Is there even a real indie movement like there is in film and games? Indie rock is a genre with nothing to do with being independant.
EDIT: This seems really elitist, so I want all anti-"Oh indie is better" folks to realize that I just want good music, and I don't like the current mainstream stuff.

no there's no unified "indie music movement" lol. music as a whole is way too broad for that culturally.
i guess the answer to your first question depends on what sort of music you like.

Progressive rock and electronic/techno, mostly. So like, the Killers, Cranberries, and The new pornographers for rock. Daft punk or Labrinth for techno. Stuff like that.
