Next time a bear eats another person dumb enough to climb into a bear enclosure at a zoo, I'll be sure to post here.

I just beat Bahamut in La-Mulana. My favorite boss is Baphomet, in the Twin Labyrinth. Tons of fun. I think it's kind of weird to have a "Bahamut" and a "Baphomet" in the same game. Makes it easy to confuse everything.

I just realized the "thread pollution" he's talking about may refer to 'threads that should not exist' rather than 'posts which should not exist in a thread' -- that's a different kind of pollution entirely.
May? That's exactly it! I'm kinda surprised you missed that, but whatever. The point of something like this is for those questions that you want to ask, or things you want to say, that don't warrant their own thread. The idea being that this place is essentially all about smalltalk and small things, and the other threads all have some meat to them.

What about that kind of discussion though? Can you post it here if you don't want to derail another thread with it? For example, could I say here that Australia totally sucks, that it's to the UK what Canada is to the US, and that much of the country is deluded into thinking otherwise? Seriously there's probably like three places I would want to be in less than Australia.

Everyone who spouts a meme should be banned on sight.
This is how the world should be run.
Just think of how beautiful it would be...

What the fuck do you mean by that, asshole? Care to explain exactly what is so awful about Australia rather than just making vague comparisons to other countries? And are you seriously fucking telling me that you would rather live in Afghanistan or Burma or some shit than in Australia? Sorry to get angry but seriously, you have just insulted my country for no reason at all, and implied that I am 'deluded' to disagree with you.

There are different kinds of rich people. I don't mind the people who worked their way up from poverty, but the people who were born into it are kind of annoying, yeah.

Actually, Australia is quite unlike the UK, it is far more similar to the US and unlike Canada, wants to be associated with the States.
