My name is Ruben (my portfolio:
http://rubenfmeza.wixsite.com/2dgameart) and I’m the creator and artists of my fantasy metroidvania game (title is secret for now), and although it’s very early in development, its development is going very good! A playable demo will be released very shortly, and the release of said demo is largely dependent on getting music and sound fx, of which we have none at the moment and thus this post. But all basic player animation, mechanics, code, are done!
This is rev share, no one is getting paid now but we all plan to get paid as soon as our crowdfunding campaign is successful and or we get our game published.
Because we can only hire 1 person for the music and one for the sound fx (or one person who does both), if you make sound effects and we don’t use them in the official game you will at least have them for your portfolio. So you will lose nothing.
