I know this sounds strange, but I somewhat want to make a bit of an apology to all of you.
Well I joined in 2014 two years ago. And I've learned alot from it, I realized that you should never make a
huge fool of yourself especially on forums like these because they can see the stuff you post..

And I've said some pretty stupid shit. I said some pretty personal stuff (although nothing serious) and you can also see that I've tried making games that were heavy copies of other games. Which there is nothing wrong with that until you put in the idea of literally having every single bit of detail put into the same game and making a very ignorant statement saying "ohh well you get a different combat system!!!" and I've learned from that.

I also realized I'm a shitty programmer lol. I can barely finish a 2d game on my own and sometimes I need help from my friends or others through connections to help me finish or work on something. But that doesn't mean I'm no lesser or better than anyone out there.


Anyways, yet again I'm still here. I'm planning on working on three games 1 Platformer 2 RPG and 3 Minecraft Ripoff (basically its became its own genre now haha)

That's a mod for Terraria lol. If this was created into a full fledged game you would've rekt me but I play Terraria with my friends so I'll definitely show them this.

I've struggled with feelings like that to on forums, too. Talking to people you don't know that well, in text, with all sorts of jokes being thrown around. It's all too easy to read stuff into that. And once you start looking for it, even the most benign comments can start to feel unfriendly or hostile.

But no, no one hates or dislikes you. At the very most some people like to make fun of overly-ambitious ideas, but even that isn't personal against you.

So yeah, don't worry about it, you're doing fine

Sure, I understand that. But it's a common problem that many people struggle with. Once you feel like people dislike you it's difficult not to take things seriously. That people react by making fun of it certainly doesn't help either, so that's one of those forum culture things I'd really like to get rid of.
